Good value for money, direct tram route, close to town. Improved facilities, comfortable bed, helpful staff, spacious unit. Close to Melbourne Markets and cafes. Reception held luggage after checkout. Reasonable cooking facilities provided.

The location was great, walking distance to the city or a quick tram ride away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was serviced daily.

The location of the apartments is very convenient as it is close to various good eating places and is central to where we had to work. it is right on the edge of the city and has a tram route passing by, making it easy to explore different parts of the city.
The availability of parking around the apartments was limited.

I recently stayed at a hotel located on Swantson street in the heart of the city and I must say it was a great find. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location. Secondly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the required amenities and even had the space of a separate bedroom.
Cleanliness and maintenance could be better.
